It is known that as a document designer, there is a lot of considerations when creating an appropriate document. According to (Shriver 1997), the document designer must understand the importance of the cultural knowledge and context involves of the values, beliefs, and attitudes of society. Such considerations are significant in a way of connecting to the readers' habit to ensure they can be able to engage into the publishing content.
In this technology revolution environment, internet are becoming famous as majority of the people are engaging into the internet to look for information such as news. People are more preferably to use internet rather than using printing documents especially when using video to read news. In addition, a combination of both words and images are of significance to convey effective message as an image, different verbal text would imposes a new mode of control over meaning, and turns the image into a more powerful and codified public language (Kress & van Leeuwen, 1988, p.27).
Hence, it is not an easy task to create an effect document as it comprises of a lot of knowledge to be consider where the people are now getting more knowledgeable in this generation.
